This place is open (it says on the door) in the afternoon until 5:00 PM, which is a fact. That seemed like something for a good lunch. The welcome was sadly different from the finger pointing where I could sit and no other choice. Never heard of the word welcome. Explanation on the tablet was too much trouble; you have to figure it out with the concept “all you can eat”. On a previous visit this was different, namely “a la carte”. Even then I had the feeling about the service; no positive expectations at all. This was also continued quite constantly. The robot waiter did his job and was noticeably friendlier than the waiters present, who hung around bored and only had contact with each other instead of with the guest. After 2 rounds of food (moderate-modest) the staff already started cleaning the place; after all it was already 10 minutes past four (closing time 5:00 PM). That dust can blow over the food is something they have never heard of. Shameful. I was startled by the message "kitchen close 16.30 hours). Apparently the waiter had a voice after all. The only word he said after that was "pay". The choice of dessert was therefore excluded. Objecting did not help because there is no form of customer focus. This is how a nice prospect can change into a generally justified negative assessment. In short, the recommendation is to pass this place by. Perhaps something can be learned from this assessment. Customers provide turnover. Number 1, phew...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible. My experience here was terrible, we sat down and the waiter didn't give us a drinks menu and then gave us the tablet and did not explain anything. He then took our drinks order and gave a minor on our table a Fanta with a glass full of gin and then he asked if the whole table would like sangria when there was only 2 adults, showing that they were happy to serve alcohol to underage people. One member of our party has an allergy to fish and the waiter had no idea what allergies were and said she could have most of the items on the menu when some clearly had fish in. We asked if she could have the a la carte menu as the buffet would not have been worthwhile but they said it wasn't possible. We then decided to ask for the bill as all of this terrible service and the staff not understanding anything made us not have any confidence in them. We then spent 10 minutes trying to ask them for the bill and they didn't understand we even tried asking in Spanish and they still didn't understand. The tablet was really just a silly gimmick to get people in or so the waiters didn't have to communicate. I didn't even get to try any of the food as the service and experience was so bad we decided to leave. I would not recommend anyone with allergies or even without to go here after my...
Read moreI went there because I was really craving sushi. When I arrived, we had to wait in line. The most ironic thing was that we were actually waiting for nothing because there were empty tables available. The staff was completely ignoring us. On top of that, when we finally got in, they used a trick to keep the seats empty. The trick was to tell people the tables were reserved when they actually weren’t.
I stayed almost until closing time, and no one ever came to occupy those “reserved” tables. What’s worse is that when I was eating with my mother, we chose the buffet option, which means we could eat as much as we wanted. The waiter told us that we had eaten too much and that it was a lot of food for just two people, which made us feel really uncomfortable.
The service was also very slow; the waitresses took a long time to bring the food, probably because there weren’t enough staff members. I would recommend the restaurant to hire more people.
I’m giving three stars only because the food was actually really good. However, the buffet selection wasn’t as wide...
