Coconut benidorm — Restaurant in Benidorm

Food on the barbecue give a miss awful . I could not give a zero vote. We had food on 19/8 /23 . 20/8/23 stopped just for a drink .. group of men well behaved middle aged group just enjoying there holday..ordered food and drinks.. when the food came 3 of the group they sent back meat of the barbacue because it wasn't right. They had no food. When the group questioned the bill .. they were happy to pay for the food and drinks they had . But not the 3 that returned the food ! They did not eat anything..The Bar called the police.. they were made to pay for all ... then the police frisked the group for drugs ... absolutely shocking . The waiters are rude & waitresses are rude ! .. food is poor .. shame because its 5 mins from Where we live next door...

Lovely little bar with excellent food visited with 6 adults and 2 children on a few occasions for breakfast and drinks. We went for evening meal one night and unfortunately the waiter was sullen got our order wrong and completely missed a meal,we attracted his attention a few times to ask for more drinks and ice cream but were totally ignored with all of the plates left on the table. Other customers who were Spanish were served quickly and their tables cleared. When we went to pay the bill after being fed up of waiting an hour the other waiter could not apologize enough but our waiter just glared and walked away. Just had the third meal in here. What can i say, 5 star prices 5 star food ? It's clean, it's very reasonably priced, food is cooked to perfection and quality is as good as anywhere else in Benidorm. Staff ard warm friendly very helpful, attentive and will accommodate anything within reason. Great place for a few drinks to start or end your evening. People will always find faults but sorry i...
