Granier — Restaurant in Benidorm

Visited the shop on mediterraneo and it is brilliant. So went into the shop while in the old town today ,it was very busy at counter but I placed my order for 2 cakes. However after I paid for my order I realised there was only 1 cake,I called the server to ask where the other cake bag was and she got another server and they chatted in Spanish, she told me she had put both cakes on counter and another customer must have taken it,so I told her well I have paid for 2 she said not our fault and refused to give me another cake.Disgusting customer service.No apology just walked away.Shocked....will...

We always call in Granier every time we stay near to the old town, it's such a lovely bakery/patisserie, everything is made on the day so nice and fresh and tasty, my grandson at the moment loves the berliner, very similar to donuts but even better, for me the individual vanilla slices very moorish, and if you want a coffee, chocolate or a brew sit in and enjoy your purchase, its a nice and cosy place, with friendly staff, and the younger girls speak good English if you need any...

Our family of 5 came into the bakery last week while visiting Benidorm. What can I say other than WOW! The coffee was perfect. The cakes were out of this world.. and the sandwich was the best we've ever had! The staff were friendly and efficient. And the place was spotless. The price was amazing. For our full family we paid less than we would for 2 people in the UK and it was miles better. We will definitely return on our next trip to Benidorm....
