We visited here on a Sunday lunchtime to watch the football. Lots of live sports on offer and was a nice atmosphere outside when we attended. The offer on a daytime you can get 2 pints of San Miguel for 3 euros. A cocktail was 7 euros. We were served quickly by the friendly staff member behind the bar.
However, on a evening/night the bar does have people who hang around on the street corner offering drugs. This was offered to us on a couple of nights when we arrived back to the hotel next door, but they were polite and took no as an answer but just something to be aware of.
Whilst it was nice enough on an afternoon, it was not a place we would attend after 6pm due to the people hanging...
Read moreJust had a great night at the Royal Arrow. The two singers we saw were the Motown man and the Ska man both entertaining and bringing back memories. However my wife and I were positioned at a table near to the toilets. She more than me noticed a lot of activity at both the men’s and disabled toilets involving a member of staff and members of the public. It became apparent that drug dealing was occurring.. This might be acceptable to today’s generation but to me it is not. Therefore we will not be going to this bar until this activity ceases to take place.
