Tre Di Cuori – Restaurante Italiano & Pizzeria en Benidorm — Restaurant in Benidorm

Went as a couple, we asked the waiter to bring all the food out at the same time including starters, it was fairly quiet, but took around 40min for part of the order to come out (one of the mains) at which point we waited for the rest of the food to come out as we wanted to eat together, we where then told to eat what we had and the rest of the food will be coming, 40 mins later the rest of the order came (main, starter and side), one of the dishes ordered (pizza) came out as a pasta dish, we told the waiter the dish was wrong, but he became very rude and told us that is what you ordered and walked off and would not correct the error. We decided to eat the food that came as we were so hungry and had waited so long. When we went to pay we said we would pay for the food/drink we ordered and a few euros for the one pasta dish we didn't order but eat anyway, this was the dish the waiter refused to change. We put the cash on the counter and explained we were not happy with the food/service and why we didn't pay full price for the incorrect dish, the staff then began to become very aggressive and call us English scum amongst other things and would not let us out of the restaurant, this was very intimidating especially for the wife, after much abuse someone else came (maybe the manager, he didn't say) and let us out but we were took to F-off on the way out by the staff, we remained calm throughout and never raised our voices to provoke such a reaction, never have we had such a bad experience at a restaurant anywhere, Pleased to say we had many good experiences elsewhere. Suspect it may be a few rouge staff or they had a evening of trouble from other customers and we got the brunt of it, either way we did not deserve it, disgusting staff like that need sacked, toilets where also nothing to...

We booked for 12 people to avoid not being able to get in as we were a big group and had read the good reviews and wanted a nice meal for our final night. This was any thing but an enjoyable evening all of us individually had an issue with the food served to us. When we arrived they had not set up our table and we arrived bang on time, when we had the table set up it was under a rip in the pergola and half of the table was wet through, we then got moved inside. Menu is only available via QR code with half in Spanish, this is to be expected however when we asked what ingredients etc we were ignored. One of the party ordered lobster pasta the pasta came still hard as if it had been dipped in lukewarm water and served and the lobster tail was cut in half with half missing out of the shell when asked to take the dish back we were met with intimidation from 4 of the male waiters who refused and the chef came out shouting from the kitchen. When going to pay our €300 bill we said we will not be paying for the lobster pasta as it wasn’t edible we were then locked in the restaurant and threatened with the police. There were 7 of us who went and were greeted very nicely. We were asked if we wanted garlic bread to which we declined we would have bruchetta, 5 minutes later a different waiter brought out garlic bread so we said we didn't order it, to this the original waiter came back with it and tried to give it back to us but we didn't have it. Asked about certain meals that were listed and the pasta's were described differently to what was written on the menu, having said that the one's who had pasta's enjoyed them. Now 2 of us Asked for the barbecued beef to be told its not beef it is veal with a few bones in, we thought yeah we will have it. I have got to say it was the toughest meat I have ever been served, luckily for me I didn't get any bones but the other person's was full of bones.
