Terrible Service, Overpriced, and Extremely Slow

I had an awful experience here. The staff were slow and rude, showing no urgency or basic customer service. I waited 40 minutes for a simple coffee and had to remind them twice, only to be met with annoyed looks—no apology whatsoever. The banana bread took 1 hour and 30 minutes, despite being pre-made and sitting on the counter. I asked for it three times, and each time, the staff seemed bothered. In the end, I had to go to the counter and ask for it take away because the wait was ridiculous.

To make things worse, they charge you upfront, so you’re stuck waiting instead of being able to leave when service is this bad. On top of everything, the prices are outrageously high for what you get.

Avoid this place unless you have hours to waste and don’t mind...

BRAVO BITSA! I finally had the pleasure of dining at Bitsa and it was truly EXCEPTIONAL. The food, the service, the interior, the vibes - it was so spectacular that I had to go back for a second visit! There is not a single detail that is overlooked. From the art installations, to the crisp beer, delicious local ingredients and the smiling faces of the servers, this is a destination that you don’t want to miss if you visit...

My husband and I came upon Bitza Cafe/Bar and to our surprise found a welcoming haven to enjoy a nice authentic but hip experience. The exposed stone walls and original artwork depict community support for “ local” artist. We had a welcoming cold Cerveza followed by wonderful brunch.
