If you don’t speak Spanish, just avoid this establishment. Waiters are racist. They ignore you, serve people who came after you, and then berate you purposefully in front of the restaurant to “wait a little”.

We were waiting patiently, and if you serve people who came after us, do we just continue standing there like fools?

Racist restaurant with average food. I think they’d like it if tourists don’t visit them so I’m doing both tourists and them a favor by leaving this review

We could understand if the restaurant was busy and you didn’t realise which customer came first. But we were literally the only ones at the counter, and we had waited for some time patiently and quietly while you ignored us. And when a couple of Spanish people came after us, you went to serve them immediately. Then we tried to speak up to get your attention, and you scolded us loudly & intentionally in front of the whole restaurant. Please tell me what cultural difference is it that I don’t understand here?

Zero. Portrait of a rude angry barista! Your employees DON’T treat customers with ‘respect and kindness’ but with contempt. Patata was served refrigerator cold. It’s not my responsibility to tell the server to warm MY meal when I see all the other meals being served warmed.

Yes, there was an impediment: your rude angry team of servers refused to look at me when I stood in front of them. They ignored me with the same contempt they served my food.

Antes de empezar me gustaría aclarar que es la primera vez que nos pasa pero lo tenía que decir porque no me ha gustado para nada el trato de la camarera. Fuimos en familia a disfrutar de unos churros con chocolate, como a menudo solemos ir ( cada vez que queremos disfrutar de un chocolate con churros venimos aquí sin importarnos el precio que no es bajo), y tengo que decir que he salido bastante cabreada. Pedimos a la camarera ( que tiene el pelo largo y lo llevaba recogido en una coleta, lo aclaro porque la otra camarera de pelo corto es un amor) dos de chocolate con churros y cuando nos lo trae a sabiendas que mi sobrina pequeña pediría agua le pedimos una de agua y nos dice de manera cortante “el agua es gratis”. Queríamos un botellín de agua pero ante esa respuesta tanto mi hermana como yo nos quedamos sorprendidas por lo que no le pudimos ni contestar. Tras esperar por el vaso de agua que no llegaba, mi sobrina pedía agua por lo que me levanté a la barra a por el vaso de agua. Para mayor sorpresa me pongo en la zona de la barra que están los camareros y tras esperar 3 minutos, la misma camarera me dice de mala forma “ esta zona es de camareros”. Ante esta respuesta, que subrayo no son las palabras sino las formas, le contesto que estoy esperando el vaso de agua, a lo que me responde con un vale. Salí de allí bastante enfadada. Soy consciente que había mucha gente y que por ello tuvimos que esperar.
