Tourist trap. Felt like sitting to relax at a table to have dinner after tons of walking. Nice ambiance in and out with friendly staff and a decent wine list. We tried their “recommended” tuna salad to start - it was the laziest salad I have ever seen, barely dressed, poor proportions of poor ingredients, and what tasted like canned tuna. We ate two bites before miraculously being saved by the (much too early) delivery of our Ibérico steak for 2. They serve raw steak on searing cast iron skillets, so it comes out mostly raw, and cooks unevenly while the skillet cools all too quickly to get any slice past rare (which is under for this pork cut). Dry and bland “joe joe” potato’s and some sad peppers to accompany. We ate a few bites, choked down our drinks, and took a mulligan on this one. Hopefully Pintxos are better. Go for drinks and friendly people, but don’t go hungry.
