Hi guys, I booked a table through TheFork. We came to the restaurant on 21 June, but the weather was terrible due to the heat. The air conditioning in your restaurant couldn’t make the room comfortable enough for a proper dinner. My wife felt unwell without cooling and became very sick, so we had to leave the restaurant. 😥 You charged me 120 euros for the booking. I would like to ask you to refund this amount because the environment was not suitable for dining(which is on your responsibility), and in fact, the service was not provided since we didn’t eat anything. It feels very unfair, as we would have gladly stayed and enjoyed our dinner if the temperature conditions had been comfortable.
Update:
Google forces to give review for all items. I had to put something for food. I have updated with 5 with hope it is correct.
I do not understand how you can charge money when you can’t provide environment that suite for taking a meal. That is unprofessional for a restaurant with a lable “Michlen”

Read moreIt is such a putty that a place like this has this kind of service. It is unacceptable that the one waiter does not speak English, and we were not Spanish, although they sent this person to take our order. This led to a misunderstanding, by charging us all the plates for 2 portions each, in order to be ok for sharing for four people. I understand his point of view, but this was not clear to us until the second waiter brought us the first plate and explained us the way they though and the charge of double portions. Even he, was not sure about the charge and had to ask the kitchen first. So all in all, if you are in the Michelin guide, and you are trying for a Michelin star, you have to provide professional service. I am sorry that an experience that could be great turned out...

As good as the dishes were, after 5 courses of continuous pork, the food started tasting very similar. I wish they had put a non pork dish in the middle to change and recharge my palate. Our group got bread, but no available olive oil to refresh our palates. Excellent wine selection and service. No nearby parking. CON'S: Be prepared for 2 hours of non-stop pork dishes. SUMMARY: Excellent pork dishes but customers should realize an entire meal of pork can wear on your palate...
