We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We had a reservation and the place was fully booked. The buratta with dried tomatoes was delicious, one of the best we have ever had. The tomatoes tasted fresh even when dried. 😃 the pesto injected in the buratta was just a bonus! The filled pasta with mozarella and jamon was absolutely amazing. Difficult to know how to rate this as I had a mixed experience (see dietary restrictions section below about my allergy)! The food was absolutely fantastic and plenty of creative and different options. I went with three friends and we shared the montanari napoletani (fried pizza dough) to start, then I had the norma pasta. Highly recommend both. Amazing Italian restaurant in the heart of Bilbao. The food was sublime. The waiters were nice and friendly. The restaurant was constantly full and walk-ins were turned away, so booking is a must - I think we booked three days in advance.
