Accidentally stumbled into this place on the other side of Punta Romana while exploring Cordoba in May. Lucky find! Listed as a bar on google maps but is truly a great place to eat with huge selection of both food and drink. Filled with locals and everything cooked to order and fresh. All of the expected regional dishes, no frills and nothing touristy about the place. Service was helpful, excellent and even tolerant to us as tourists. Awesome busy vibe which wasn't hurt by the fact it was a Saturday afternoon during one of their major festivals (Our Lady of Health?) and beautiful people everywhere decked out in traditional Andalusian garb. If you want an authentic Cordoban experience...go...

We came across this place whilst visiting Cordoba for a couple of days. It was packed out with locals so thought I’d take a look at reviews. After reading only a couple we had decided to get there early the following night to eat. We were not disappointed. The food was absolutely moorish and the guy that served us was so friendly.. We had a mixed salad and a small portion of calamari to start followed by meatballs in gravy and carrilladas (pork cheek) in red sauce which were so, so tender. Needless to say we’re well and truly stuffed but thankfully can walk it off around beautiful Cordoba. I really recommend everyone visiting Cordoba to give this place a try, you will not be...

After reading one of the other reviews about how amazing this restaurant was - as he had described, God-like - I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I had held high expectations after reading all of the reviews and oh boy, I was not disappointed at all. A quaint restaurant tucked in a corner near the Roman bridge, this restaurant provided refuge from the sweltering heat while also providing me one of the heartiest meals I’ve had in the whole of Spain! Amazing food, portions and prices. This restaurant was divine, just like the mosque cathedral in the city centre. Definitely do not give this a miss! I recommend the squid legs and...

I came to this restaurant twice during my 3days trip in Cordoba. I could see that even the locals came here to have their meals because I heard Spanish everywhere. The “rabo de toro” is a must have dish since it’s the cordoba’s speciality! They offer various dishes with a rather cheap price. The ice cream “maxi bon pop” was a really good dessert to take as well (hihi)
