Pastelerías Roldán - Gran Capitán — Restaurant in Córdoba

For a terrace that’s located next to a busy street with garbage containers next to it, the service is lousy at best (which is an understatement). The waitress(es) look(s) at you as if you should feel guilty for even ordering something here (which in hindsight, we actually do). With moderate force they placed the coffee and dish on the table. After that they completely forgot about the other dish we ordered along with the first one. When we paid, they didn’t even bother to fill in the right amount in the payment machine, we had to do that ourselves… unbelievable this place...

[Nothing wrong with the food, I actually like the sweet bun with cream in picture 2 a lot! However, the service is so so so HORRIBLE. If you are really hungry, just order a take-away and run! ] Dear owner, your café deserves better people to work here! One waitress brought the order to us and she literally just dropped everything on the table ( the coffee almost got spilled), then she just ignored my “Gracias” and walked straight away. In the beginning, I thought that she might just had a terrible day to start. Then, I saw she showed a totally different attitude towards another table of customers (all smiles and put things gently on the table). Excuse me? I don’t know why she did that…because I am an Asian? Or she simply hates foreign tourists? Besides, they forget one dish we ordered （the pepperoni mini pizza in picture 3) and when we tried to communicate with them regarding the missing order, it seems like that they don’t care about it at all…no apologizes at all, another waitress simply canceled the missing order and just left the payment machine on the counter…so I had to fill in the right amount in the payment machine myself to pay (thanks to my pervious experience to work in Horeca, that I know how to operate a payment machine myself🤡) . This cafe is just full of rude staff and it is the worst experience ever…

Nos hemos sentado en una mesa que estaba llena de piscos y restos del desayuno del cliente anterior. Normal. Le hemos pedido a la camarera joven de gafas si podía por favor limpiarla y nos ha dicho que si, que ahora cuando volviera. Al volver ya venía con la bandeja con los cafés de nuestra mesa y otra mesa. Ha ido a soltar un café y le hemos dicho que por favor primero limpie la mesa. Ha resoplado delante nuestra con mala gana (por tener la bandeja en la mano y tener que limpiarla) y se ha ido a coger la balleta. Mi novio se ha levantado y le ha preguntado dónde podía coger servilletas y le ha dicho "las tengo yo". Le ha dicho si podía darle un par y su respuesta ha sido "ahora te las llevo!" Con un tono un poco irritado. Mi novio se ha vuelto a sentar y al final he tenido que levantarme yo a los 15 minutos, ir al mostrador y pedir servilletas. Hemos observado que el trato con otros clientes también ha sido algo tirante. No se si producto de su estrés, su saturación o qué. Pero no es lógico ni agradable tener que sufrir nosotros las consecuencias con el trato que nos ha dado. No es la primera vez que venimos. Nunca nos ha pasado. Sólo espero que no se repita y que esa camarera se conciencie de que el trato que te den en un lugar ameniza o incomoda la estancia que tienes allí, ya sea de 10 minutos o de una...
