Cafè del Centre — Restaurant in Caldes de Montbui

We stumbled upon this place as our trip was already concluding and it was a very nice experience. We got the menu of the day, which is only €15 per person (includes starter, main, dessert, wine, and water). This is already incredible value for money. We had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Each dish had a clear list of allergens, which was really helpful, and there was even a vegan dessert available. The service was excellent — the staff were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. They even brought water for our dog without us asking, which was a lovely touch. Llevamos viniendo varios años a Caldes y hemos probado la mayoría de restaurantes/bares de la zona y en mi opinión es un sitio diferente y muy recomendable que gana en calidad de ingredientes y de platos, son diferentes y super originales. Merece la pena dejarse algo más de dinero y comer excelente. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos, buena comida, calidad en el producto y cantidad generosa. En cuanto al servicio, muy atento estaban pendientes de nosotros, pese a que estaba bastante lleno; han sido muy rápidos y muy limpios. Buen ambiente, se nota que la gente está contenta y satisfecha porque está súper lleno y no para de entrar gente. Para empezar hemos pedimos el arroz zamburinyero, estaba excelente, el grano estaba al dente y tenía un sabor muy sabroso, el tartar tebio de gambas que llevaba por encima, le daba muy buen toque. Seguidamente hemos probado los raviolis de setas y salsa de parmesano, que sin duda ha sido una gran elección. Después hemos probado el cachopo, relleno de salsa boloñesa y queso y por encima salsa de setas, sin duda es para compartir porque es una bomba, es bastante grande y está muy bueno. Hemos acabado con la tarta de queso, estaba riquísima, crujiente en la base y muy cremosa en su interior. Nos ha encantado.
