Lapsus Bistro in Calpe is a hidden gem that delivers on all fronts, especially when it comes to flavor. Every dish we tried was a hit, from the tender steak fillet to the chef's crocets, which were simply perfection. The vitello tonnato and a duck were beautifully cooked, and the chocolate coulant at the end was the perfect indulgent finish. We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the little complimentary treats from the house, including delicious homemade spreads and a wonderfully fruity liqueur at the end of our meal.

The highlight, however, was the lamb – the best Arabic-style lamb we have ever had! It was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and simply unforgettable. The ambiance was also beautiful and peaceful, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

I am not kidding when I say absolutely everything was delicious. We had the bread and aioli to start, amd the various dips and spreads were amazing. The ceviche was the best thing we had in that meal, and clearly the best ceviche I've EVER had. I ordered the ravioli with truffles and ricotta sauce; my friends ordered the arabic style lamb which melted off the bone and was paired with the loveliest sauce, and the pasta with vegetables that just brought us all back to childhood.
