Ojo, con las bebidas y el pan-alioli. Esta valoración no se debe ni a la comida y al servicio Y es una pena que siendo la comida bastante aceptable tanto en calidad como en precio, y el servicio, de los mejores que he tenido últimamente, tanto en conocimiento como educación, a la hora de cobrar las BEBIDAS Y EL PAN te CLAVAN VIVO, literal. Si tomas vino te dicen que no tienen carta y te ofrecen "el de la casa". ERROR si no preguntas el precio antes. PAN por comensal ERROR si no preguntas precio antes 3 euritos comensal. La botella de vino blanco que cobran a 23 euros un Rueda verdejo, de la zona bajita de la tabla (precio en supermercado a minorista 2,55 euros- si compras más de 20 botellas el precio baja a 2,27). En carta aparecen cocktails y alguna otra cosa más, pero amigos, el vino es el vino....No hace falta comentar nada más, pero es una pena. Respecto al encargado/dueño/propietario no sabemos muy bien cuál es su figura, no destaca por su amabilidad así que mejor abstenerse. Estos errores, tal vez te hacen ganar 40 euros una noche en dos botellas de vino pero a la larga se paga, porque no hay clientela que repita y valore positivamente el conjunto del local. De no haber ocurrido esto, nuestra valoración podría haber sido perfectamente de un 4 porque la cuenta se duplicó sólo por el precio de las bebidas y añadidos ya comentados. Estimado propietario, si va a responder tan rápido a mis mensajes más vale que responda a las críticas que se le hacen y deje de hacer demagogia. Un cliente efectivamente vuelve a los sitios por la calidad, por el servicio y por algo que usted obvia deliberadamente LA CONFIANZA. La confianza en que no le han engañado, no le engañan y no le engañarán. SIMPLE. Limítese a afirmar o negar mi crítica con argumentos. Después de 15 años en los que he regentado varios negocios de hostelería, lamento decirle que la palabra profesional que utiliza queda absolutamente desacreditada con su forma de proceder. NO ES PROFESIONAL NO INFORMAR DE LOS PRECIOS A LA CLIENTELA. ES MAS, CONTRAVIENE LAS NORMATIVAS ESTABLECIDAS en todos lo ámbitos. NO ES PROFESIONAL RESPONDER A UNA CRITICA CON FRASES MAS HUECAS QUE UN TAMBOR. Repito, deje de hacer demagogia barata, acepte la realidad, INFORME DE LOS PRECIOS y salga de esa mediocre actitud sarcástica deseando felices vacaciones lowcost a quien le da de comer. Usted, ni sabe, ni se imagina cuáles son mis vacaciones lowcost, afortunadamente. No obstante, me alegro de que su negocio cada año funcione mejor; eso significa que ya le quedan menos cosas que mejorar, así que espabile y sea realmente un buen...

This is a tourist trap, scam restaurant that serves awful, half cooked and anemic food. The lamb shanks had absolutely no meat, the 6 fries that accompanied it were almost raw and the vegetables were either microwaved or boiled in a bag. Please note the picture of the shanks is untouched.

The paella was the worst any of us had ever had, contained chicken bones, had tiny portions, and the price was extortionate compared to the rest of Calpe. If you are looking for an authentic Spanish paella, this is not the place to get it. Not to mention the bread was €3 PER ROLL (they did not tell us this when they asked if we wanted it). I cannot emphasise enough how much you should NOT eat at this restaurant.

The only positive were the waitresses that served us well enough, and...

Went to have a nice evening and a meal, wanted a nice dinner, it was completely the opposite, in my dinner it tasted microwaved, my aunties dinner was disgusting I wouldn’t even serve to stray cats, uncles chicken meal had a hair and the waitress denied the fact that there was a hair, “the customer is always right” not in this case or here, my calamares had a dead ant and looked so sloppy and anemic, the owner intimidated the 4 of us and didn’t work, he also came over only when we were going to pay, not to even say would we like anything else, he told us to pay and leave now, if there’s any warning, AVOID by all means if you’re going to eat ‼️

I’m sure there will be some sort of snappy comment in returns to this review, not to mention the rudeness but hey not everyone enjoys life...
