Burger King — Restaurant in Calvià

Recently visited Burger King in santa ponsa.was greeted buy a young woman screeching SCREEN ONLY I asked to order at the counter as I am not confident with the screen she shrugged her shoulders and turned away.I attempted to use the screen(Iam 67 and my eye sight isn't great)I requested assistance with the screen the reply was I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH another customer in the que helped me with the order .when I got the receipt it included an Oreo Milk shake that I did not want or knowingly request.I was told by the young woman that she had refunded it and it would go back to my bank account. She didn't and it didn't go back to my bank account. If the owner of burger king santa ponsa reads this review you owe me €4.95 for a milk shake that I didn't want didn't get and was not refunded for and before you write your standard reply, we will try to do better next time,their will never be a next time if you employ staff who are unable/unwilling to sell me a hamburger with a minimum of courtesy you don't deserve my or anyone...

This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. We have a picky eater in the family, so places like this usually come in handy, but not this time. It took ages to get our order. The staff at the counter were laughing and joking around, moving slowly, and randomly picking orders without respecting the queue. We ended up waiting 40 minutes just to get two kids' burgers.

The kids wanted to eat outside, but the area was filthy with cigarette butts all over the floor. The table tops were greasy and covered with crumbs, and there was leftover food and packaging on several tables that no one bothered to clean up. Firstly, I will comment about the workers. The man is very ignorant and slow paced. The lady there was going on her phone right in front of everyone as if the place had no customers. There was 1 order ahead of us and we still had to wait about 15 minutes for our food and the place was nearly empty. Secondly the environment, it was a dirty not looked after area, trays that haven't been cleaned off the tables, stuff spilt on the ground, crumbs on the tables that have been empty for a long time, tissues on the ground.
