Cape Nao Beach Club & Restaurant — Restaurant in Calvià

Cape Nao’s only real highlight is its location — it offers a nice view of the beach and is conveniently situated, making it an easy stop if you’re in the area. Unfortunately, everything beyond the view was a letdown.

While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was a complete disappointment. The flavors were bland, the presentation unappealing, and for the prices they charge, the quality was far below expectations. It simply didn’t feel like the dishes had been prepared with care or attention to detail.

For such a prime spot, you would expect the experience to match the view, but sadly, it was the opposite. The food was so underwhelming that it overshadowed any positives, and the overall experience felt like a waste of both time and money.

If you’re going for the scenery, maybe stop for a drink — but for a proper meal, I’d recommend...

The food isn’t the reason to come here, you’ll come here for the views or convenience. My son had chicken fingers and I had the Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was slightly breaded and was good in both dishes, but my salad was cheap. Was was iceberg lettuce with barely any dressing. It was also watery in the bottom for some reason. My husband had the Caesar with the prawns pictured. I ordered a pina colada that had no alcohol flavor. We wouldn’t suggest unless you are staying in the Melia Calvia beach hotel and just want an easy place by the pool like we did. There are much better options within walking distance that...

Hostess, Carla, was on a major power trip. Told us there were no seats available when there was absolutely no one seated. I mean absolutely no one. We asked if we could wait since we were staying on the property at Melia and she told us no. I went to the front desk, the front desk also told us that's odd - took us to the host and she again refused.
