Had an evening meal here. My overall experience was, if Gordon Ramsey ate here, he'd flip the lid. I had the days special, the Swordfish. A little disappointed with the accompanying veg and dip. Sour Cream with chives wouldn't be my go to. And the veg and jacket potato were 110% microwaved. So certainly not the advertised "fresh". Unfortunately turned off my plan of returning for Sunday carvery. My partners dish litterally looked like it was all deep fried in the chip pan. Cheap looking frozen scampi, cheap looking chips. And frozen peas. For the price you pay, you'd expect quality. 99% of our meal was cooked from frozen. Unfortunately it even turned me off asking for the desert menu. The bar/restaurant is out dated, and too cluttered. It's also has that old smoke light feel. A total revamp is needed. Hopefully when I return next year, I may return if things have changed. As for now, I don't recommend (personal preference).
