Portals Nous Beach — Attraction in Calvià

I have never experienced such rudeness from Nelson, the lifeguard in charge of sunbeds. He told us there are no beds available even though there were empty beds with no towels on them. He stated they were reserved and then refused to talk to us when we asked what is the process of reserving chairs. When we insisted, he raised his voice, started cursing and closed the door in our face. Never have we experienced such unprofessional behavior. Tried to reach to his boss, but had no success. Nice little beach hidden away. Not the most accessible, a lot of stairs to walk down and parking isn't great. But once you're there the water is great and there's a cool little beach bar that serves food and booze. Loungers cost €13.50 for the day, you get two beds and a umbrella, plus a little locker.
