UDON Magaluf — Restaurant in Calvià

Really poor service. It said on sign that we should Wait to be seated. No one came and we chose to go in and sit at a table. Only 4 people in the restaurants and no waiter shows up to greet us. When finally we try and reach out to a waiter she immediately says we need to Wait 10 minutes to be served since only one person was in the kitchen and he was already preparing food for the other table. Never have I heard of a restaurant not wanting orders? She didn’t even ask if we wanted something to drink? Waiters didn’t seem to care at all and really wanted us gone.

Would have been easier if we were able to order on the app but Apparently they also closed that due to low staff in kitchen....

Is the food here good? Not a clue! Looks nice on the menu but was greeted by one of the most passive aggressive servers who honestly didn’t want to serve anyone. He took great pleasure in telling us we wouldn’t be served for 20 mins; this despite the restaurant being only a 1/4 full. Around 30 minutes later without a drink in sight we left. Mild points of amusement including the other server arguing that one customer had ordered incorrectly?!? The same server wasn’t too stressed though and still found time to pick his nose in full view of everyone eating. In total I counted 3 chefs and two servers for around 15 diners. I’d hate to see a busy period!!!

For a sushi lover I have to admit this was the worse sushi that I ever had ! But the worse wasn’t even that, the waitress was so rudest, unprofessional people that I ever seen in this island ! Unacceptable when I asked a simple question and one of them just said I don’t know , the other responded with a bad tone and very rude! I believe with only 2 tables with customers on the restaurant 1 hours waiting for the bill is just too much also the waitress have no rigth to put her nose on customers conversation! That’s so unprofessional… and give such a bad impression to your restaurant! Also please and thank is part of respect and education and that was also...
