Visited this place a few days ago with a friend. We were really excited because of the beautiful view and promising food options. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations due to rude staff and poor service.
When we first arrived, we were wearing shorts and swimsuits. The staff asked us to go change into T-shirts, even though the venue has a pool bar and many guests were already sitting in swimsuits (some even without shorts). When we pointed this out, the waitress hesitated and then awkwardly went around asking women to put on T-shirts. We still went back to our hotel, changed, and gave the place a second chance.
However, when we returned and were already seated, more guests kept arriving directly in swimsuits and were allowed to sit without any issues. When we asked why the rules were applied so differently, both waitresses suddenly pretended not to speak English, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The second waitress who served us was also unfriendly, never smiled, didn’t ask how the food was, and overall came across as rude and impolite. On top of that, three dishes we wanted to try from the menu were unavailable, which was very disappointing.
On the positive side, the music and atmosphere were enjoyable, and we tried to make the best of it. But unfortunately, the poor service, inconsistent rules, and rude attitude from the staff left us with a...

One major issue was the lifeguards, who seemed more interested in their phones than actually paying attention to what was happening in and around the pool. In a beach club setting — where safety and service should be a top priority — this is simply unacceptable.
Another downside: the club felt more like a noisy family pool than a relaxing beach club. There were lots of kids running around, shouting, and jumping into the pool. That kind of environment might be fine for a hotel pool, but not for a venue that promotes itself as a chill-out beach club.
If you’re looking for a laid-back, adults-friendly spot to unwind, this probably isn’t the...
Read moreAPPALLING!! Stay away from the scam establishment. Very Rude management and staff. obnoxious and speaking Spanish to each other rather than resolving the issue. If you are a guest of Melia be aware that you will be treated like a third class citizen, the fact that you are a Melia guest means nothing even though the pool should be free to use. Spent €30 on drinks and would have purchased more however the two managers who bombarded us in front of other guests which was embarrassing to say the least made it clear that we need to leave into a corner, finish our drinks and leave. Poor vibes DJ playing a Spotify playlist and other guests complaining of poor standards of food. Stay away many more well deserving...
