Such a shame it was a bad experienced as i was really looking forward to it! Didn't wait long for a table - good stuff. Shown to a table, waitress took our drinks pretty quickly. I told her we weren't ready to order and she said well that's not my job anyway. The guy serving us came over to see if we wanted to order drinks, I told him we had ordered and weren't ready for ordering food yet. Our drinks were delivered by a 3rd person. I asked if we could order food and was told it wasn't his job. He was perfectly pleasant. I watched him tell the last person who had been to our table and I watched him shrug his shoulders. He went to take another tables order and take 2 other tables payments. 10 minutes later he came to us and I decided I didn't want to eat. I think we'd been waiting 20 minutes at this point. I noticed the manager walking around and I went to ask why our server shrugged his shoulders about serving us. He told me the kitchen was closed to catch up on orders. Why had none of the previous 4 people told me this? The manager was rude and obnoxious. I know some other customer will fill our gap but we were both planning to have 3 courses and drinks for my birthday. Service charge was also added - which I requested to be removed. They don't serve tap water which the manager said was illegal on the island. Not sure how true that was. 1 pretty rubbish gin fizz & non alcoholic beer paid for at...

Awful attitude and very unprofessional manager! We arrived and were sat by a lovely friendly girl, and proceeded to order with another super friendly girl. Another member of staff came over to say they had no duck rolls left, which was fine and we ordered chicken gyozas instead, which were lovely. I however ordered the veggie burger asking if it was a patty, and they said yes so I ordered. It arrived, bundies and halloumi cheese with a tiny bit of lettuce and tomato, no pattie as I was told. I ate it and it was very bland and rubbery as you can imagine. When we mentioned this to the blonde manager, she was so rude, told me it changes all the time, and walked off in a childish huff without so much as a sorry. I had to take a call from my sister outside at this point so my husband sorted the bill, which she had removed the burger price from BUT she went and added a service charge to the bill(which hadnt happened our entire stay in any of the great restaurants we ate in) and charged extra for the fries that should have been included in my daughters dinners price. They didnt realise we were 3 people trying out this place so that our larger group of 8 would dine there tye following day, So her professionalism manners have done them out of great business. Dont reccomend...such a shame as the other staff...

Been eating here and Zen (same owners) for the past 4 years almost everyday. They have changed the half price burgers to be ONLY if you buy a side, so you save around one euro instead of half price.

Sat down today for a meal with my girlfriend and to let all of the workers know that their still open and still amazing, I ordered, waited half an hour for my food, three groups came in and sat down and ordered in the meantime, they got served their food before us (within 5 minutes) and after 30 mins we still had no food. (Bare in mind the other groups had all ordered pizzas and burgers just like us) We decided to leave and got charged for the Coke Zero (fair enough) and then got charged €1 as a ‘service charge’ how have I just paid for bad service…. Shame they had to change the half price burgers to include a separate payment of a side, going to lose a lot of customers this year, I can’t believe I’ve paid €4.50 as a worker for a single coke that was poured behind the bar by a plastic 2ltr bottle….
