Urban Grill — Restaurant in Calvià

We read the reviews and walked the extra distance to experience the same high quality..Monday 29th July 2024 at roughly 7-7.30pm....Two adults, one child.

On arrival we were greeted by a young person who didn't seem to know what to say to us, in the background was another young member of staff who hid behind the bar area.

Sadly we were very disappointed with the atmosphere, food and service..

One of our first main meal choices was not availible, so we all chose to have the Four to all to share as a starter and three T Bone steaks....

The starter was Iceland quality, dry, cheap and over cooked...

The T bone was well/over done, cremated in parts and not edible, the fries were so over cooked you couldn't pick them up with a fork...side salad was the dirty head of a lettuce and a couple of bits of tomato....Not at any point was a member of staff in sight to check if our food was ok....

Poor quality dont waste your money ....Keep walking to the next...

My family of 6 decided to dine at Urban Grill yesterday evening and they did not disappoint. The food (especially the burgers) were excellent, cooked to perfection. The table service was spot on too. The waitress was polite, friendly and really looked after us. They just could not do enough for us. The drinks, especially mojitos were exceptional! Probably one of the best we had in Santa Ponca. Overall experience was just perfect and we’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes from their delicious menu. Thank you Urban Grill Team! Keep up with the quality and service you...

Was in here tonight absolutely horrendous nothing special just a Brooklyn burger, supposed to have bacon on it when it came it was under cooked with ten chips and the bacon was some amorphous slice of translucent garbage that wouldn't lookout of place on the local tip. Don't bother people save your brass plenty of other good meal options...
