Terrible food. Very bad service. We said we spoke English and it was like we had the plague for someone to show us to a table. My girlfriend was sick after eating some fish. They charged us 2e per plate for food we could not eat. It was like a bowl of vinegar they gave to us. They also did not advis that the desssrts were not included in the buffet. I don t understand how this place is busy. The food is poor and also the service. Plenty of other options available. I also want to add I have just finished in the restaurant and fee sick and have a pain in my stomach that's is gradually getting worse. They did not seem too happy when we complained about the food and that it was not editable and we should not have to pay an extra 2 euro. Ridiculous. Would highly recommend you give this lace a miss. Oh my goodness, I loved this place so much. I did the lunch special, 16€ for unlimited buffet, no drink included, but in total with my Sapporo it was about 19€ .

I was so happy, I am from the USA and am accustomed to really good and friendly table service. Which you don't get too often in Spain. You're usually begging the servers to take your order. Not at this restaurant.

The service was super friendly, all of the service staff was polite and observant, they always made sure I had everything. They even took the time to explain the menu to me in detail, and answered any questions I had.

Un quiero y no puedo. Somos grandes aficionados a los buffet de sushi y aprovechando que íbamos de viaje a Santander teníamos ganas de probar este....completamente decepcionante. LOCAL: Un local bastante cuqui, ni muy grande ni muy pequeño, bien situado en un centro comercial. PEDIDOS: El método para pedir es sencillo: tienes una tablet, añades los platos que quieras al carrito y lo envías. Una vez le das a enviar tienes que esperar 10 min. Hasta que puedas solicitar otra ronda de pedidos. El fallo es que la tablet se apaga y por tanto el contador de los 10 min. se para, es muy pesado tener que estar constantemente pendiente de que no se apague la tablet. Un punto a tener en cuenta es que hay mesas que no tienen tablet, así que hay que pedir los platos anotandolos en un papel que te facilitan. O todos o ninguno 🤷‍♀️. COMIDA: El sushi en general estaba rico. La comida caliente llegaba fría, la tempura chiclosa y fría (imagino porque la hicieron y tardaron un buen rato en servirla). SERVICIO: NEFASTO. No creo que sea culpa de los camareros, ellos siguen el método de organización que les habrán indicado, pero es que es una locura. Había momentos en los que estábamos 20 minutos de reloj sin recibir NADA de comida. Ya nos fuimos después de 1h y media recibiendo platos a cuenta gotas. Nos dimos cuenta de que había platos que salían más rápidos que otros, por lo que dependiendo de qué pidas comes antes o no 😔. Según van haciendo las comandas recibidas ponen un ticket de esa comanda ENCIMA (literalmente) de la comida; nos pareció antihigiénico, hasta vimos como un ticket se quedaba pegado a unas gyozas y tuvieron que tirarlas porque no se despegaba. Finalmente solicitamos al camarero que preguntase cómo iban los platos restantes porque ya nos teníamos que ir después de llevar un buen rato sin comer. Los camareros son agradables pero se nota que tienen poquita experiencia, repito que el problema no es ese sino la manera en la que está organizado todo. No vamos a volver y menos por el precio: 53€ con agua / 2 personas para mal comer, estar un montón de rato y ya irnos por puro aburrimiento, Ah! Y SIN POSTRE. Entiendo que un domingo a mediodía tengan jaleo, es algo lógico, pero creo que si no se puede asumir un servicio para 40 mesas, lo ideal sería servir en condiciones a 20. Se gana menos pero se consigue un resultado más satisfactorio. Hemos probado otros buffets del estilo y nunca hemos tenido una experiencia así....
