Horrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo, las hamburguesas y patatas, además de salir frías, se nota que están echas de la mañana, recalentadas, no están recientes. Los refrescos de la máquina tira agua y te los tomas aguados. Saben que tienen la máquina rota y dejan que se mezcle el agua de los cubitos con los refrescos... Personal antipático, normal que cada vez esté más vacío. La encargada que es bajita, nos dice que nos aguantemos que si no nos gusta, no pueden hacer nada que hay más locales para comer. Que es lo que hay. Los aseos, no tienen jabón ni papel y están sucios, y comes entre moscas, siempre hay moscas dentro anteriormente y ahora. Desastroso porque no puedo ponerle 0 estrellas. Piénsalo antes de ir. Cuando está vacío por algo es.

La palabra es fatal, hemos ido este medio día, no había prácticamente nadie, hemos pedido, hemos comprobado así por encima que llevábamos todo y cuando hemos llegado a casa, los casi 4 euros de salsas que hemos pedido ni una nos han echado, y para colmo me estoy comiendo la hamburguesa, sequisima y sin la mitad de ingredientes, le doy la vuelta y sorpresa ese era el pan de abajo... se ve que no les quedaban pan de abajo para poner, como la mitad de cosas que hemos intentado pedir y no les quedaban... fatal.

Apunté para mejorar el servicio: Si algunos tótems identifican el pago con tarjeta únicamente, los restantes no identifican la imposibilidad de este método de pago, por lo tanto deberían aceptar cualquier otro método incluido el pago con tarjeta. De lo contrario induce a error y atrasos al cliente. Los tótems genéricos no discriminan el pago con tarjeta en anuncio claro antes del acceso del cliente al sistema de pedido. La lógica es aplastante. Cambienlo.

It was so hot inside! Seemed like an oven! Everybody was eating outside despite being such a windy day. Had to be careful with food or straws and glasses (remember they're made out of board) cause they all were flying around! They also made a mistake with my order. They forgot one of the burgers, but they were fast when I let them know. I think there was a certain lack of cleanliness. Tables need more attention since there are new customers going and coming all of the time and customers shouldn't...

We order 20 hamburger plus special burger paid over 50euro, and he forgot my big burger where I was charged over 10 euro, I call in she say I got a extra one with drinks next time, so I arrived I got a normal one for extra drive from Murcia, nothing extra only a ripp of, and I can say this wasn't the first time in the past 5 years was always missing something...

Most awful Burger King I've ever been in. Very confusing ordering system especially if you want to pay cash. Staff generally unhelpful. When I got my burger it was cold, when I complained they MICROWAVED it and gave it back up me!!!! As I couldn't speak Spanish it was difficult to take my complaint further. I would about this...
