Came here with my family to eat dinner, I thought it was going to be a nice meal, boy was I wrong. Let’s start with the food, my father had a chicken kebab, he spat out parts that were as chewy as pure muscle fibre. I had the chicken tikka with the chicken being yet again, chewy, there was no sauce unless you count oil with spices as sauce however the rest of my family’s food were ok so not entirely bad. The service was appalling, we had a man who didn’t give one about making us feel comfortable and ready to eat, the only thing he made me feel was if he had spat in our food out of hatred, he served us with an attitude and when my father complained about his chewy chicken, he just told us he couldn’t give us a refund or discount as ‘he didn’t have the power’ even though he looked like one of the higher ups in that restaurant however, the woman that we had was lovely she always had a smile and made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was mediocre at best, flys were everywhere, tables felt sticky, decorative items were worn and torn and there was nothing nice to look at while I waited 10 minutes for drinks and about 20 minutes for food. I know they couldn’t help this but there was a family who’s child kept screaming and throwing toys on the floor a table over from us. Overall Frankie’s isn’t the place you want to come, there’s over a dozen restaurants that are under 5 minutes of walking distance and serve the same food but better with a nicer atmosphere and far better service. If your looking for a nice place to eat at, don’t come here, only come here if you want to feel uncomfortable while you eat your mediocre, uncooked food with flys running rampant...
Read moreThe worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The waiter (who turned out to be the owner) was so rude and unkind, he definitely had some problem. The menu was unclear and we asked him to explain what was included in the meal. He didn't want spent 10 seconds to describe and the restaurant was empty, not that he was in some rush or something. We ordered because we were very hungry, otherwise I am not tolareting that kind of unpolitness. We get our order and honestly nothing was ok, the food was cooked like in rush, it was not well fried, everything was like just being thrown one to another, salad was definitely old...and he just bring the meals and run away, I couldn't have time to ask him to bring salt. After we were done, I asked to pay, and we were waiting to pay 15-20min... What we get does not deserve the money we paid at all. There was not one thing to recommend this restaurant to anyone. NO welcome, NO how can I help you?, NO good appetite, NO do you need anything else?, NO everything was ok?, NO thank you, NO have a nice day and hope to see you...

Came to Cala'n Forcat on a day trip and stopped in Frankie's for a bite and a drink...
We've been to Frankie's several times over the past 6 years when we've stayed at this resort and can happily say the staff friendliness and food quality are as good today as they were when we first tried it.
Food is hot. Nacho sharing size is good.
The bar has a small outdoor playing area for children if you need it.
There's indoor and outdoor seating available, including covered and uncovered areas outdoors.
The toilet is clean and smells fresh.
Just be aware of potential trip hazards where floor types change or where "patio door frames" are.
We would return here on our next visit to...
