Bianco Restaurant & Kairos Chill Out — Restaurant in Ciutadella

We ate at Biancos last night, John Charles welcomed my wife and I into the restaurant, there is no pressure sales, it’s all very relaxed.

My wife had Seabass and I had the Breast of chicken Menorcan style, I promise you the food was amazing!! My wife had 2 large fillets of Sea bass which were to die for! Mine was just incredible! Extremely fairly priced, definitely value for money! And we both would highly recommend!! We will be back there before we go home that’s for sure!

After being drawn in by the wonderful lights, you soon find a very slick operation. A smile from the waitress and an explanation of the cocktail menu ( on a bar code) placed in the middle of the table, scan with phone to reveal prices ect. No rush we ordered drinks while we decided what to eat. Jane had spaghetti Bolognese and I had the 2 burgers with chicken skewer chips and salad. The place was nice and the staff was very friendly. We wanted ceviche as a starter and caesar salad and medium-cooked fillet steak as a main course. But the starter and main courses came at the same time. The fish and shrimp in the ceviche were definitely not fresh, we couldn't eat it and sent it back. The fillet came rare-cooked. The Caesar salad was edible but the chicken was plain chicken, not marinated or anything. The ceviche we sent back was also on the bill, we talked to it and although the waiter objected a bit, he thankfully removed the ceviche from the bill.
