Hice una reserva por la web, me pidieron que solamente haga el pago. Que cuando llegue le de la documentación del barco ya que la web no estaba aceptando los pdf. Hago el pago, y no sabemos por qué me cobra 148€ en lugar de 105€ que era lo que aparecía en la web. Cuando llamo, sin dejarme hablar me dicen que el pago no les había llegado, mas allá de que el banco me dio un comprobante que decia puerto col y monólogo de su parte terminado me cancelan en forma arbitraria la reserva. Muy mal educado la señorita que me atendió y una falta de respeto total al tomar esta decisión de esta forma Les pedí en 3 oportunidades la hoja de reclamación y no conseguí que me la envíen de ninguna forma. Quieren sistematizar la vida al navegante y tienen sistemas malos, pedí 148,70€ con esta gentuza ya que el banco al hacerlo yo, en forma voluntaria no puede tirar el pago para atras Más allá de todo, luego, al actualizar la página aparece otro cargo pagando los 105€ que me...

Segelunterricht für Kinder: Leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Angeblich englischsprachige Lehrer. Jedoch findet der Unterricht nur auf Spanisch statt und englische/deutsche Kinder haben das Nachsehen. Anbrüllen auf Spanisch auf dem offenen Meer ist da nicht geeignet, um Kinder in kritischen Situationen zu ‚helfen‘. Die Segellehrer sind um die 18 Jahre alt und wirkten überfordert mit nicht-spanisch-sprechenden Kindern. Nachdem das befreundete Kind einen Auto-Unfall erlitt, baten wir darum, den Kurs auszusetzen und uns einen Gutschein für 2025/2026 auszustellen, dann können die Kinder dem Unterricht auch auf Spanisch folgen. Im Büro nachgefragt und abgewimmelt worden, ‚das müsse der Vorstand entscheiden‘. ‚Antrag‘ dazu schriftlich gestellt. Bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. El Restaurante del Club Náutic Portocolom es un buen lugar para desayunar y tomar algo tranquilo por la tarde. En las mañanas recomiendo especialmente los croissants (pide dos) y tomar un café. En las tardes la terraza es un lugar bueno para tomar algo. Ahora, asegúrense de tomar una mesa alejada de la carretera y en tema de comidas 'fuerte' hay mejores lugares en el puerto.

Club Náutic Portocolom is a good place for having breakfast and something easygoing on the afternoons. In the mornings, I especially recommend buying two croissants and having coffee. At the afternoon, the terrace is quite a good spot to have a drink. Be sure to take a table as far from the Main Street as possible (better near the sea and towards the right side of the terrace).
