unpricy freshly refurbished building with a mold and moisture problem to be solved.

the building with the rooms has a problem with too much moisture in the structure that shows in moldy smelling air in the hallway and salon as well as moldy patches around the windows behind the coutains. assumambly the old building has been eqipped without considering the humidity management inside. and probably there is moisture coming from the ground since the air smelled more moist in the groundfloor. besides that the airconditiong machines have not seen any maintenance: the airfilters and jets are full of dust and assumably partially with spores from the mold. smelled also moldy when operating it.

breakfast uninteresting for vegan sugarfree and at best glutefree lifestyle.: only fruit was freshly available, müsli and some potato hash browns.

matrasses were pleasantly comfortable.

mainly because of the moist moldy air in the rooms i.would not go there any more until they have solved...

My mom went alone to this restaurant yesterday. Although food was delicious as she said, the stuff was very unprofessional. According to her story, when young man noticed she can’t speak english, he started speaking fast and then even in Spanish. My mom tried to tell him she can’t speak English and he didn’t care. He made her order a lot of stuff which she didn’t want. Ok, she is polite so she took everything and paid for it, but I don’t think this behavior is professional, especially in the day and age when we all have smartphones with translator and AI. I used to work in a hospitality as well and I always tried to help people who were not able to speak another language instead of selling them much more then they originally wanted. 3 stars, because I want to be fair: food was ok and the restaurant looks nice. If an older person can’t speak English it doesn’t mean they’re dumb. Maybe they can speak languages you don’t know. A pro should be helpful and not try to...

Weak experience. I honestly don't recommend. The service is bad, the food not tasty and the value for money very week. We went there for dinner, the place looks good and elegant, but the service was awful, rude and ignoring. The staff runs all over the place looking busy but when you look around it's not that busy. When taking the order the waitress was not paying attention to what we ordered, just wanted to do it fast and be gone. After that we've been waiting at an empty table for a over 30 minutes. When the food arrived and we still didn't have our bottle of vine, she finally realised that, and came back with it, as well as the other server with bread and olive oil (that is served to every table without ordering and paid extra). It would be nice when bread was served while waiting for the meals, not with them. The food itself looks good and my pasta with seafood was honest portion, but the taste was just pasta, seafood and Oli, no spices no sauce - overall...
