We went there because of the good reviews, however I wish I didnt go. The restaurant wasnt even full when we were there, but the staff was running back and forth right infront of us and took ages for someone to come and offer us a table. It took another 30 mins for them to take the order, no water was offered. We ordered starters and mains, but between those two there was at least one hour wait. The food was very good I must say, I enjoyed it and the prices are not expensive (compared with UK). However the service was a disater, because they were so slow I went to pay inside so we could get on with our tour, the waiter was not paying attetion, he was doing two bills at the same time while chatting on and off with a customer. Our bill came up at 59.5 euros including service charge, I gave gime 60 in cash, which he held in his hand for at least two mins while continued to chat with someone else, at this time other staff came and went, a few mins later he told me I only gave him 30. I was sure that I gave 60 as I was watching him holding mt money and putting it in the cash machine while he was busy sorting out other bills and chatting. I asked if they had camera in the restaurant, he ignored me and insisted on accusing me. Later another staff came, they were talking to each other but didnt tell me what was going on. My hubby came in and requested camera or videos, they ignored us again and eventually gave us the change, however no apology, no conclusion, clearly they didnt feel sorry at all. I left feeling humiliated. I have been to many many restrants all over the world and have never had such a bad experience before. The service just doesnt match the quality of the food, what a shame! They clearly have good chefs, but dont understand the importance of customer serivce and have wrong attitude towards customers. To save yourself time and trouble just go somewhere else, there plenty of good...

Let’s start with the Manager, Jairo. We arrived at 2:45 when the closing is at 3:30pm thinking we have good time for lunch. The guy, Jairo, immediately started yelling at us arguing he and his staff are tired of so many clients for the day. On a Sunday everything else around was closed, we got there on time following their standard advertised timing. After literally begging for food Jairo conditions for only one main dish, just one! He claimed several times shouting.
On the other hand, once seated Dylan, the waiter, was extremely kind and he managed to offer ceviche and carpaccio de atún which turned out to be extremely good in addition to the arroz negro we ordered. The staff didn’t look tired at all and on the contrary they where kind to us.
Needless to say we wanted to walk away from the place after listening to Jairo however being the only open place we had no option but to stay. Thankfully Dylan made our lunch more pleasant while the rest of the staff where staring at each other listening to Jairo’s yelling.
Also, we ordered a bottle of local wine, great recommendation from Dylan!
My advise? Go look for another place if your schedule and time allows. Kitchen is good however management makes a terrible experience and when traveling to Spain is not worth to compromise your trip due...
