I recently visited la tagliatella, an Italian restaurant that came highly recommended by Google. Unfortunately, my dining experience turned out to be far from satisfactory, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and eager to share my feedback.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I sensed an air of indifference from the staff. The lack of genuine hospitality was evident as I was greeted with minimal warmth or enthusiasm. It's disheartening when a place that claims to embrace Italian culture fails to extend basic courtesy to its guests.

Regrettably, the unpolished service was not the only letdown. The food, which I had hoped would be the highlight of the evening, was shockingly tasteless and underwhelming. The dishes lacked the vibrant flavors and authenticity that one would expect from an Italian establishment. It felt as though the recipes had been stripped of their soul, leaving behind a mere imitation of Italian cuisine.

Furthermore, the presentation of the food was uninspired and lacked attention to detail. The dishes appeared haphazardly assembled, and the overall visual appeal was severely lacking. It was disheartening to witness such a disregard for the artistry and finesse that Italian cuisine is known for.

To make matters worse, the exorbitant prices charged for this subpar dining experience only added insult to injury. The value for money was simply non-existent, leaving me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of as a tourist.

Overall, my visit to La tagliatella was a disappointing experience. The lack of polite and attentive service, coupled with tasteless food and exorbitant prices, rendered this restaurant nothing more than a tourist trap in disguise. I urge fellow travelers and local patrons alike to approach this establishment with caution, as there are undoubtedly better options available in the area that genuinely embody the essence of Italian cuisine and hospitality.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've visited in past few years, if not the best. It's paar t of a restaurant chain where they seem to know how to preserve quality. Situated at the back of the Dali museum, both the interior and exterior are well designed and this very well maintained restaurant is chic. That is resembled in almost everything: the menu with a huge choice in pasta's, that are all very delicious. The same applies to the desserts and even the coffee. Non si può non notare da subito come tra il personale di sala ci sia una continua confusione e quindi una pessima accettazione all'entrata del cliente. Quando finalmente dopo una ventina di minuti ad aspettare che ci notassero all'entrata, ci son subito state delle incomprensioni a livello linguistico, il personale non capisce altra lingua diversa dallo spagnolo. Arrivati al tavolo ordiniamo: trofie al pesto, tagliatelle ai 4 formaggi, 2 tagliatelle alla bolognese, 3 carbonara e una pizza al prosciutto. Carbonara indecente, non era all'altezza neanche di un animale, una profanazione della cucina italiana, una vergogna... Carbonara fatta con la panna e pancetta, altamente indegna del nome che porta. Tutti gli altri piatti cucinati con ricette e ingredienti che non stanno ne in cielo ne in terra, alla fine dei conti la pasta era immangiabile. La pizza come un foglio di carta, non credo fosse mai nella vita un impasto normale della pizza, ma un qualcosa che sinceramente non ho mai visto nella cultura italiana. Un nostro compagno, intollerante alla panna, chiede che gli venga cambiato il piatto non avendo specificato gli ingredienti utilizzati nella carbonara, il personale scortese e maleducato dopo l'avvertimento dei rischi che potevano correre non avendo seguito le norme sanitarie, cambiano il piatto e gli portano una pizza che, come già detto, era indecente. Alla fine ci ritroviamo a dover pagare un conto carissimo, 16.50 euro per un piatto di pasta scadente e ripugnante mi sembra una rapina, 11 euro per quella pizza mi sembra anch'essa una rapina. Al pagamento, chiediamo di pagare ognuno per conto suo, ciò non è stato possibile, chiediamo di pagare con la carta e ciò non è stato possibile, quindi paghiamo in contanti e ci rendiamo conto che il cassiere non riesce a calcolare il resto, totalmente una vergogna.
