The food is nice enough but the service is a disaster. None of the waiters have any manners, especially the lady behind the bar that appears to be in charge. She was very loud, shouting orders to the kitchen and to the waiters. I came in asking for a table for 1, she first said there was no space, despite having 3 free tables inside. Then she told the waiter "You can sit her over there", despite I was right next to her. The food came out quickly and was nice. When I finished I went to pay at the bar and that same lady just threw the receipt to the waiter to handle my payment. No thank you, no goodbye. It was a wonderful surprise to find this place right at the centre of Figueres, 2 mins-walking from the Dalí Museum. The owner and the waitress were not only diligent but also very friendly. The food was not pretentious but still sophisticated, all dishes were elaborated with products of the highest quality and clearly cooked with a lot of care.

Do taste the wonderful tapas of duck magret and that of rumsteak. Also, they have oysters and caviar, which is not very common, if you are up to it, but also salty crêpes which looked great, if you want something less...

The host/staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, and the food is good. They don't let you have tap water for the table though, making you pay for a bottle of what is almost certainly bottled tap water.. The tapas is very tasty and focused on sea food.
