Service and hospitality was non-existant; they seemed like they actively disliked running a restaurant.

After being seated; they eventually took our order (spanish tortilla, grilled fish, grilled lamb). The tortilla arrived 1 hour later, and mains 1hr 25 later. These are simple dishes and the restaurant was 60% full. We were not in a rush and happy to wait, but with zero communication and general apathy towards us I don't think this is acceptable in any restaurant of any standard.

The dorada was cooked well and tasty, but hilariously came with a single solitary potato. The lamb was average for the price.

The view is stunning and food just above average (home style cooking); however expect to wait a long time for your food and unfriendly staff. Im not expecting a white glove service (cheap and cheerful is great) but literally any form of hospitality/ welcoming guests will immediately...

🐝TODO PERFECTO A EXCEPCIÓN DE LAS AVISPAS🐝 La comida es de calidad y esta riquisima, el servicio es muy bueno y las vistas geniales. Lo unico que tienen que mejorar es el tema de las avispas que molestan a los clientes sobretodo cuando huelen platos con carne, tendrian que tener en cuenta que es muy peligroso estar rodeado de estos insectos ya que hay gente alergica a su mordedura que podrian ir al hospital.

🐝EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT EXCEPT FOR THE WASPS🐝 The food is quality and delicious, the service is very good and the views are great. The only thing they need to improve is the issue of the wasps that bother customers especially when they smell dishes with meat. They should keep in mind that it is very dangerous to be surrounded by these insects since there are people allergic to their bites who could go to the hospital.

🐝Alles perfekt bis auf die Wespen🐝 Das Essen ist hochwertig und lecker, der Service ist sehr gut und die Aussicht ist großartig. Das Einzige, was sie verbessern müssen, ist das Problem der Wespen, die die Kunden stören, insbesondere wenn sie Gerichte mit Fleisch riechen. Sie müssten berücksichtigen, dass es sehr gefährlich ist, von diesen Insekten umgeben zu sein, da es Menschen gibt, die allergisch auf ihren Stich reagieren könnte ins Krankenhaus gehen.

🐝TOUT PARFAIT SAUF LES GUÊPES🐝 La nourriture est de qualité et délicieuse, le service est très bon et les vues sont superbes. La seule chose qu'ils doivent améliorer est le problème des guêpes qui dérangent les clients surtout lorsqu'ils sentent des plats à base de viande, ils devraient tenir compte du fait qu'il est très dangereux d'être entouré de ces insectes car il y a des personnes allergiques à leur piqûre qui pourrait aller à l'hôpital.

🐝TUTTO PERFETTO TRANNE LE VESPE🐝 Il cibo è delizioso e di qualità, il servizio è molto buono e i panorami sono fantastici. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la questione delle vespe che danno fastidio ai clienti soprattutto quando sentono l'odore dei piatti a base di carne, dovrebbero tenere conto che è molto pericoloso essere circondati da questi insetti poiché ci sono persone allergiche al loro morso che potrebbe andare...

CA N'ANTUNA : A PLACE TO AVOID!

We booked a table for 5 people at 2 pm by calling twice to confirme it. When we arrived there at 2 pm, we were asked to wait for 30 minutes outside of the restaurant. Once we were brought to our table at 2.30 pm, we ordered the food and waited for another HOUR, without even receiving the starters. Therefore, after one hour and a half without having eaten anything, we decided to leave the restaurant. The owner said she was okay with us leaving and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE. This customer service is unacceptable and a complete lack of respect. We strongly discourage you from visiting this place as there are, undoubtedly, way better restaurants around...
