Unfortunately this place appears to have changed owners and the new management haven't got to grips with things yet. They had a limited menu, which was explained, as was that they're card machine wasn't yet up and running. We got a warm welcome and they brought us complimentary calimochos and nuts which were lovely.

However it took some time to take our food order, then it took an age to cook, and then it arrived one dish at a time with 5/10mins between each. Unfortunately when it did, the chicken was dangerously raw in the middle, and the salmon was also underdone. Additionally the potato fries were saturated with oil as the fryer clearly wasn't hot enough.

When we raised the issue, the chicken and the salmon were remade with apologies but when these came out it became clear that the second salmon dish we ordered wasn't coming at all... (The waiter ran our order back twice so it wasn't his mistake. The staff were very apologetic and offered to make it for us but with a young child and the issues with the chicken, we decided we had waited long enough and needed to get home. They gave us a discount by way of apology which was gratefully accepted.

Hopefully they can get things sorted soon as the building and decor were lovely, with stunning views. But people eat out for the food, and this was very poor and slow sadly....

This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone in or around Frigiliana. Not only does it offer some of the most stunning panoramic views over the village and mountains, but the entire dining experience is exceptional from start to finish. 👏🏽

The food is simply outstanding. Each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and beautifully presented. You can tell that every ingredient is carefully selected and expertly prepared.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner. He is an incredible host – warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. His knowledge of the area is second to none, and he took the time to give us fantastic recommendations on things to see and do nearby. It felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being hosted by a good friend.

Im not sure if this place has been taken over recently but my experience tonight was dismal. Arrived at 7.10pm being only the second couple in the entire.place, we were.presented with a menu that had only a handful of choices and certainly nothing like other review pictures. The menu was pictures too!! Always a bad sign. No music played and thr atmosphere was dull. Having chosen quickly four other couples then arrived after us. All of them.served a long time.before our food was brought and only.after having to go and remind the lad at the bar we had not had any food. Then came the excuses, oh there are only two of us we are doing our best!! Please please do not make the customers feel.sorry for you. You have chosen to run a restaurant, so run it.
