An excellent point of embarkation for an exploration of this charming town and a convenient gathering spot. It tends to get quite bustling when tour buses arrive around 11am.

The underground parking facility is worth nothing. During our visit in the off-season, we encountered no crowd-related challenges. We relished the unhurried ambiance and the absence of large crowds in the historic white-walled town above the Plaza. The vistas overlooking Nerja were truly enchanting, and the February weather proved ideal for our explorations. The shopkeepers who were open during our visit were exceptionally amiable and helpful.

The local bus ride from Nerja to Frigiliana offered a typical local travel experience—unadorned but hassle-free, without concerns about traffic or parking. All in all, it's a uniquely charming...

Carta al Público

Queridos amigos,

This was the first time we've visited Frigiliana, we stayed in a hotel up the mountain and travelled here for the afternoon/evening. The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. So relaxing and calming. We had a little walk around the white narrow streets and also took the train tour! How amazing! The guide was great. Top points to him for driving that train through those small streets! It was an amazing way to view the city and also get information about it. We we're so taken back at how beautiful...

We visited in the off season, so there were no crowd issues. We enjoyed the slow pace and lack of crowds in the white walled old city above the Plaza. The views toward Nerja were magical and the weather in March was perfect for exploring. The shopkeepers that were open when we visited were very friendly and helpful. The local bus from Nerja to Frigiliana was a typical local travel experience - no frills, but no problem with traffic or parking.
