We went there good few times and it's always been OK until yesterday. We were 4 people, we sat at a table on the terrace, there was no "reserved" sign on the table. We waited 10 minutes, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I kept trying to catch the waiter's attention to order (we just wanted a quick drink) but he kept ignoring me. After 10 minutes he made us waiting purposely, he finally decided to come to take our order but instead he immediately told us that the table was reserved. I asked him why he waited 10 minutes to tell us that the table wasn't available. He obviously had no answer and just told us that we could go inside. So we left and went to another bar nearby along the same area. The waiter and his colleague went outside and pointed their fingers at us to laugh at the situation, like they were proud of having made us gone somewhere else. The owner is lovely and very service minded, the food can be really good, but at times it has been average and those occasions they seem to have lost focus or maybe they work with different teams in the kitchen and service? The staff situation as said, is very similar, usually when the owner is around they pay attention and do their job, other times they don't and it takes forever to get their attention.
