Bámbola — Restaurant in Fuengirola

I came upon this place whilst meeting some friends who were staying at the nearby hotel. We all fancied a drink but also asked to look at the menu. To a large part this consists of snacks and tapas like choices. There are some more substantial options. We ordered five or six of the light dishes such as mini hamburger, toasted goat cheese and croquettes. We enjoyed all of them. A few pints helped things along. For me this place was an outstanding five stars all round. The service I had was amazing, when I returned a second night I was treated like an old friend, the staff went out of their way to make myself and my daughter feel welcome and I genuinely loved their hospitality, and the cocktails were outstanding.

It had the feel of a local bar for local people and was all the better because of it. If I am ever back in the town this will be my bar of choice just for the amazing...
