Today, my hubby and I went to have lunch and it is extremely disappointed! Firstly, they don't know nothing about typical Vietnam foods. I ordered fresh spring rolls and the server pointed to the starters. I wanted the fresh spring rolls with clear wrappers. The server brought the fried spring rolls! And when I asked .. he just said that I should order crepe! What the Fudge! This is my first time eating there and how am I supposed to know all that! That's why I asked in him in the first place! I ordered pho, the noodle is completely not the glass type of noodles, no bean sprouts, no mint leaves, no limes Jesus! Nothing great, nothing special. A real pho would not taste like chicken cube stock. It’s hours of boiling real meat. That bowl was absolutely tasteless. Low quality food, but lovely area. Absolutely not authentic unfortunately. How do you know it’s real pho? It comes with a side dish of raw vegetables, multiple variety of herbs, atleast some meat, not just 3 small thinly sliced overcooked beef and the stock is suppose to be absolutely heavenly and this was not even 1% of it. We were looking for a delicious, but not so heavy soup, since the weather was a bit cold and we found the perfect place. The service was excellent.
