Delightful find after some indifferent venues visited in Granada. In contrast to others, staff were extremely friendly and we were greeted with a smile. We don't expect the Spanish to speak English, but a simple smile goes a long way. We had not long finished a meal elsewhere, but our waiter (think he was the manager) insisted we have the Tapas that comes with the drinks - we would be offending his mother who made it (a joke he confided with us later). 'Reluctantly' we accepted the meatballs in a light tomato sauce and potatas. Absolutely beautiful and was devoured completely.
A great place near the top of the road to sit and people watch and enjoy some great food, wine and beers. Oh and the Sangria wasn't too...
Read moreI’m confused by the name of this restaurant. Above the door, it mentions both Casa Torcuato and El Picoteo yet Google Maps has it registered as Casa Piti. Whatever it’s name, the tapas was very reasonably priced, tasty and with great variety and the staff very welcoming and family-friendly.
We visited on a Saturday night just after it had opened at 8pm. There was one other table occupied. Within 15 mins, the place was completely full, very popular with a good atmosphere.
Also worth noting, they have a good wine menu, reasonably priced with at least 20 wines available...
