Casa Morena Mía — Hotel in Granada

The location is pretty nice, despite the hike you'd have to do to get there. The view from the terrace was nice, the bed is comfy, there's a kitchen with most things one might need (we didn't use it though). The two restaurants downstairs are very good. We appreciated we could check in early, they also have a place to leave bags if needed. There is a decent amount of sockets for charging stuff. Good AC.

But... The bathroom is very small, with a minuscule shower and no place to put any toiletries. There is no shelf space at all. There is also no hook to hang towels to dry. The shower is fitted with a curtain, which is not the most hygienic and definitely doesn't stop water going all over the place. Hot water lasts for maybe 5 minutes, all our showers are cold. There is no door between the "bedroom" and the "kitchen" so this is more a studio than an apartment. The windows are quite flimsy, not trustworthy at all, also not soundproof. We were on the ground floor with easy access from the patio to the room, we were constantly afraid of breakins not to mention everyone passing by could see right inside the room, it was impossible to leave any windows open. There is no place to put clothes, we had to keep them...

Overall a very comfortable stay in Albaycin neighborhood and makes my vacation very convenient. The biggest problem, I guess, is the noise and human activity in front of the property. Light/sleeper should be aware of this. Also, for those who has big luggage or come on FOOT, please be aware this is an uphill region, and the location is a bit far from the center it would be extremely exhausting to carry or walk uphill, so you might consider to take a cab or a bus. Yes, there is a bus stop just across the road. Lighting is good and bed is very comfy, smells good. Microwave and fridge is a plus

What I don’t like: Shower curtain The broken tile on the floor, I know it's hard to renovate but I guess it's a bit dangerous since it might hurt someone's feet.

LO MALO: Supuestamente tiene placa de inducción portable.. al llegar vimos ollas y sartenes pero no estaba dicha placa y escribimos a traves de la app al propietario. Ya hasta el dia siguiente hablamos con el por teléfono y nos colgó.. volviendo a llamar nos dijo que cogiesemos la placa de otro apartamento que estaba vacio. (Las sartenes del ap.5 no valen para esa placa) El segundo dia a las 11:30 aprox fue a entrar la chica de la limpieza, (menos mal que teniamos la llave puesta y estabamos dentro) ya que nadie te avisa de que va a ir nadie. ( no sabemos si es falta de comunicación con el propietario o entra todos los dias a limpiar) . El propietario te escribe diciendo que el check-out es a las 11 cuando has contratado hasta las 11:30. La verdad que es el apartamento mas barato y TAMPOCO ESPERABAMOS UN LUJO pero si cosas BÁSICAS como una limpieza en orden o dicha cocina. El baño muy muy pequeño pero te apaña, lo único que por higiene se deberia poner una mampara. A parte, según puse esta misma reseña en booking se dedicó el propietario a acusarme del robo de un cuadro de su apartamento, el cual tengo video de entrada y salida de el. Te llama sinvergüenza, mentirosa y mamarrachos por querer lujos y coger apartamentos baratos. Si ya de por si fue decepcionante el apartamento, la discusión con su empleada de limpieza por que ÉL MISMO te marca la hora de check-out que quiere pero en booking pone otra cosa y ahora esta conversación… No recomiendo para nada este apartamento, en vez de dedicarte a insultar a los clientes por ponerte reseñas, utiliza estas para mejorar. Repito, a traves de booking pone que sales a las 11:30 pero el te dice que salgas a las 11, yo he pagado por un horario que hay que cumplir, si no estas de acuerdo, mejor cámbialo en la app.

LO BUENO: La ubicación es perfecta. Para aparcar a unos 10 minutos encontramos una zona que no habia que pagar. Ideal para dejar el coche y moverte andando por todos los miradores que estan cerca. La cama del apartamento 5 ( el más barato ) era muy cómoda y tiene aire acondicionado. Solo recomendable para pasar la noche.
