Nice location, quiet and relaxing which is why I've given the two stars. Came here as a solo traveller to check it out for friends who will be staying near by. The initial waiter was friendly and when I asked for Aperol he explained they didn't have it but suggested alternative of campari and lemonade. The second practically dropped it in front of me..along with my free local tapas that local restaurants will usually share. A small plate of salted crisps, I wouldn't feel upset or offended if it wasn't for A. His attitude and B every single couple or family around me was given an actual tapas to share. Then when I tried to get the bill several times, politely asking in Spanish for it he kept ignoring me. To the point I had to shout Hoy! 🤷 which is kind of embarrassing. Ive had a lovely few days in Granada and have no idea why.

I came to this restaurant after a tour in AlHambra, so I was extremly exhausted and very hungry, it was the first restaurant in my way so i didn't think it through The atmosphere is ok, it was a hot day so outside area seemed impossile They have no vegetarian options except for a side dish (grilled vegetables) The staff tried to be helpful, only on waitress (barista I guess) tried to help us We ordered rice and told them we are looking for vegetarian options, the waitress told us it is black rice, so we told her to leave it out of the order, to iur surprise she served it with seafood... we thought it was a compliment but they charged it anyway We ordered choclate cake and tiramisu, the tiramisu had alcohol... It felt overpriced.. however the staff are very friendly and kind

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this lovely restaurant. Nestled beside the river surrounded by trees and birds happily chirping. There was some kind of company lunch going on when we arrived but our waitress was very attentive at first. Brought us our drinks and a free tasty tapas as well as an English menu. Then there was a long period of time when I guess she needed to take care of the many other guests and that was OK by us. So we decided to pass on the food and slowly make our way along the beautiful river walkway. The food looked as good as the setting. Very good !

Disappointing Service Despite a Lovely Location. I have visited this place several times, largely because of its beautiful setting by the river. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing.

On more than one occasion, I have experienced staff being unnecessarily rude. Despite this, I gave the place another chance due to its attractive location. Last week, I came with a group of friends and was pleasantly surprised ,the waitress was very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to pay separately without any issue as long as we went inside to pay which was fine.

However, this morning I went with 5 friends ( coffee and tostadas)we again asked to pay individually. This time, I went inside to pay and the waiter refused to take my payment and handed me the bill, and told me to “sort it out ourselves.” This spoilt what had been a nice morning, especially given the place was empty, literally two to three other tables having coffee. This inconsistency in service is very frustrating

It is such a shame, as the location and atmosphere are lovely, but the lack of professionalism and consistency from the staff really lets the place down. Until service standards improve, I would not...

Ok spot, but I didn't get tapas while other people did, and I had to ask for the waiter to come over every time as they don't really care even though my glass was empty for 15 min. Will not return, and I would recommend you to to go a better spot where the hospitality is better. The bald guy just isn't very customer service oriented. And this was recommended by a local friend, so it's probably a one off but it is my experience. So what will happen is that I will share my experience with one of your regulars, instead of just a disappointed tourist. I don't think this is the goal of this restaurant.

The tourists next to time also had to ask for their tapas as he forgot them as well, but all Spanish people got them. I know this because these other tourists are from my country so I simply asked them.

I would've told the staff if they came to my table so they could make up for it, but it didn't happen. I did also tell them when paying my bill so this is not just me being a Karen...
