At first, I was hooked on their orange croissants. So amazing! But then I discovered their almond croissants--they are to die for! (I almost hate to tell this to everyone because I want to keep them all to myself!) We also buy their espelta (spelt) bread, which is absolutely fantastic. It's best to go in the first hour that they are open, when everything is freshly made. Then go home and put this bread in a plastic bag. It stays soft for many days like this. We LOVE Minuit! I'm not a pigeon, but I have been to Minuit almost every day since November (it's now nearly August!) - it's such a great spot!
Zainab and Ismael who are usually behind the counter are so kind and it's always a pleasure to see their beautiful faces.
For bread, I recommend the seeded loaf (usually on the top shelf) and for pastry it's got to be the caracola! And get an spinach and feta empanada whilst you're at it!
