My partner and I went to this cafe and were treated with the most disrespect I've ever seen. First we ordered our coffees and there was just a box on the floor to sit in and one stool to put our coffees on, all the seats were taken. People were reading books, painting, drawing. Then a table became free and the waiter told us we could take it. We took the table, and then the other server came and told us rudely that these tables were only for people having breakfast. We say that there are several people just reading books and your colleague just told us we could sit down. She reacts rudely, the other colleague agrees that he told us to sit there. Then, a moment later, he comes over and tells us that unless we order something else, we can't sit there and drink our coffee. It's for people having breakfast. At this point, everything tastes bitter, super disrespectful people telling me in a distasteful way that I can't sit on the table in a cafe. I told them that all the other people were just sitting there drinking coffee, but I'm going to leave because I have self-respect. You are not treated as a customer if you don't order the amount they want. I have lived and visited many crowded places, and this is not the way. You can ask and react in so many different ways if you want to accommodate your guests, but obviously, they don't have...
Read moreWe recently visited Noat Coffee, a place that only offers coffee, toasts/sandwiches, and ready-to-eat desserts. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arriving, we waited about 10-15 minutes just to place an order. When we finally did, we requested two coffees and two simple toasts. These toasts were not complex dishes, just bread with some meat, cheese, and tomatoes on top—something you'd expect to be prepared quickly. However, 30 minutes passed, and we still hadn’t received our food or drinks. In total, we spent 45 minutes waiting, with no sign of our order nearing completion.
When I politely inquired about when we might expect our order, the waiter’s response was quite rude. He pointed to the supposedly full café (with only 8 customers, four of whom arrived after us) and said they were busy, asking us to wait another 10 minutes.
The thought of waiting nearly an hour for a simple coffee and toast was unreasonable, especially for tourists eager to explore the city. We decided to leave before our order arrived.
While the food and coffee might have been good, I can’t judge it since we never got the chance to try it. If you value your time, I would not recommend this café. There are surely better places where your time will...
Read moreOn March 4 in the morning I came here with a group of friends before going on a hike. The experience was chaotic and uncomfortable to say the least. I was the first to arrive and ordered 3 lattes for me, my partner and my friend. We stood there waiting, not sure if we should pay or just stand there. After a few minutes the barista asked my order and I told her I had already given it to her, but apparently she hadn’t written it down so she needed it again. We continued to wait there until after another 10 minutes she finally asked us to pay. After we paid we stood waiting for awhile, until she told us we couldn’t stand inside and we had to sit (even though we ordered the coffee for takeaway). From the time I ordered the coffee until I left was about 30 minutes, even though there were only a few people inside when I arrived and I was the first of my friend group to order. The entire time the barista was super rude, maybe she thought we would be ignorant tourists or something, although we actually live in Granada and we were very patient. Anyway, probably won’t repeat, even though the coffee...
