Los Bandios — Restaurant in Granada

We have driven past this restaurant numerous times, with growing anticipation to finally try the food. Coming from an American, the restaurant surpassed my expectations and is by far the best American Styled BBQ restaurant in Spain... and Ive tried a handful of dishes in other locations that just didnt do it for me.

Order: cuban sandwich, ribwich, & some wings (honey mustard & Los Bandios Sauce) for dinner to go!

The chef was incredibly nice for starters, super helpful with his reccomendations and happy to let us try the sauces available. Wish we stayed to eat rather than takeaway because we had a great time chatting with him!

Loved the wings we ordered, would highly reccomend the house sauce, Los Bandios salsa, which had just a little bit of kick, enough to notice, but was a perfectly balanced, unique BBQ sort of sauce.

The cuban sandwich was just like the ones I had in Florida, which is the closest I`ve gotten to a true cuban sandwich. I could drink the mustard that they spread over the sandwich. Absolutely delicious! My husband ate the ribwich, and I wish I stole it from him. There was a sort of coleslaw added in that made it all so delicious. Practically inhaled the sandwich.

very unprofessional and unhelpful waitress. after our order of a Cuban sandwich and her confirmation that I would get it in 20-25 minutes, it arrived after 50 minutes! It took twice as long as she said. after my question if she had forgotten our order, she seemed confused as if we hadn't ordered anything at all, which I had to show her the receipt to make sure. after almost an hour the order arrived and since the waitress had previously taken people's food out of the bag and put it on a tray and brought it to the table, she just put my bag on the table. very rude and unworthy of a place in Granada. so, the service is terrible, the food is mediocre....

Patatas fritas tiesas, personal distraído y personas dudosas frecuentando el baño. Así podría resumir mi experiencia de la otra noche. Debo de empezar diciendo que yo era una clienta no habitual pero sí que frecuentaba mucho esta bocadillería pero gracias a esta última experiencia no volveré jamás. Llegamos para las 22:30 al local, siendo conscientes que era tarde preguntamos a la camarera si era posible cenar todavía y nos contestó que claro que si, por lo que procedimos a sentarnos. Pasaron 20 minutos hasta que nos trajo las cartas y se fue sin preguntarnos que queríamos beber. Cabe recalcar que el local NO ESTABA LLENO NI DE LEJOS. Esperamos más de media hora a que viniera a atendernos pero viendo que estaba más ocupa en atender a personas del barrio que no paraban de entrar al servicio a jugar a tirarse bolas de nieve fuimos nosotros a la barra para pedir. La comida tardó otros 45 minutos y cuando llegó, sorpresa, estaba mal. Las papas los bandios son lo que más me gusta del local y al ser vegetariana nunca he tenido ningún problema en que pusieran la carne aparte para que mi acompañante pudiera comersela. Pues bien, llegaron con la carne encima cuando habíamos pedido específicamente que fuera como he descrito anteriormente. Cuando se lo dije a la camarera ella dijo que es que son así y le dije que no podía comerlas así, que no como carne. Se las llevo y yo ilusa de mí pensé que iban a hacerlo bien, pues no. Llego, quito TODA LA GUARNICIÓN incluso el guacamole y el pico de gallo y lo puso en otra bandeja, dejando las patatas sin nada pero manchadas de carne. Tuve que apartar trozos y comermelo pq ya no podía más del hambre, aunque la diferencia entre comer piedras o esas patatas no era muy grande ya que estaban durísimas y frías. Si esto lo rematamos con que no pude entrar al baño pq lo estaban utilizando para hacer cosas que no debían y daba miedo estar cerca del servicio pues ya el remate de los remates. Espero que los bandidos vuelva a ser lo que era, ya que...
