It seems to have closed. There is construction being done on that street, but they don’t answer their phone, their website has no indication if it is a temporary situation or permanently closed. To the owners: if you indeed exist or plan on reopening within the next two weeks, please respond. If not, please take down your website and inform Google Maps. It’s frustrating to go to a restaurant only to find it closed. 27 Nov 2022 update (revised from 1 to 3 stars): As a result of the reply that I received from the restaurant, we decided to see if it is open today. The phone number still does not work, so we could. not call to find out, but decided to chance it and were happy to find that it was open. The food was OK, but not quite what I expected. The menu must have changed from previous years. For example, there is a picture of rolled zucchini slices in the photos here and I thought that would be the zucchini wrap on the menu, but it was a wrap of bread (or similar) with some zucchini and sauce inside. My spouse enjoyed his Asiatic Wok dish (noodles with some veggies and tofu), but I need to keep my carbs down and like many vegan restaurants, this one is very carb-laden. I ordered the salad with “ricotta cheese” and it was basically a bowl of lettuce, a couple of cherry tomatoes in a not bad vinaigrette with some crumbled tofu and a few walnut pieces. It was OK, but really nothing exciting. There also was some mixup about what I ordered, but I didn’t make a fuss about it and just kept what the waiter brought me.

Our first time in Granada with 5 adults and one kid in need for food asap. Paprika was the place. The atmosphere was outstanding. There are welcoming and warm plants every place as well as fanatic décor throughout this cozy yet spacious space. The kitchen is open so you can interact with the staff as they prepare your meal. The kitchen staff are very active and interested in your reaction to their cooking which makes for a fun atmosphere. The wait staff was sincere and willing to take the time to chat with patrons about what ever they wish. But let’s get down to the food. The dinners as well as tapas are OUTSTANDING!!! The ribs were spot on, the steak was savory and the pork was flavorful. When you’re in Granada you have to visit Paprika, just be sure to not walk into the door when you leave with a belly full of food and beverage!

I feel too generous giving a star. The Restaurant is not clean. The kitchen is unbelievably dirty. The chef took forever to prepare the food and I wish he didn’t. We could not eat the risotto. We had two spoons and that was it. The fajita is just a weird mix of unseasoned tofu and a plentiful of raw onions. This is not Fajita. This is what you give to a convict guilty of m… We had to eat it because we were starving. There was a strong smell of cigarettes coming out of the kitchen when the food was being prepared. For the love of god, do not call yourself paprika if you do not use seasoning on your food. And the risotto is just plain milk with rice. If you can’t do it vegan, just don’t do it and come up with something else.

I sat outside, so can't really comment on the atmosphere inside, but it did look good. Unfortunately the food was not. I ordered the hummus, which was good, nothing amazing, decent enough. I was totally let down by the mushroom truffle oil risotto. It was soooo bland. The rice tasted like creamed rice for a dessert. There was little to no flavour. It's impossible but to smell and taste truffle if it's there, I got no hint of it. Could not taste the mushrooms either. It sat, barely touched in front of me until I went to pay. At no point did the waitress ask was I unhappy with it. I would normally say something, but it was late and my Spanish is not good enough to explain, so I just paid and left. I had planned not to leave a tip, but they added a 10% one on it already, which annoyed me. I'm giving it 2 stars as the hummus was ok and it was in a nice setting. But I will...
