Restaurante Papaupa — Restaurant in Granada

I went to Papaupa after a recommendation from a friend. When I went in the bar was full and it was difficult to get through. I asked the lady behind the bar if I can have dinner, she said yes and went into the dining room, I thought that I was going to be seated but she went in the kitchen and talked for a about 6/7 minutes. Then I said, “perdón, para cenar?” To which she replied: “Yes?!” Then: “we’ve got only arepa” with a totally disinterested look. To which I replied: “No thanks, good night “, and left. As a tourist who doesn't speak Spanish but only English, I appreciate it so much when the staff who speaks little English makes a good effort to communicate with me 🥺 this place is where I met one of them. The girl who assisted me on a Wednesday afternoon, she made sure that I get what I wanted and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. The tuna steak I ordered was superb, probably the best I've had! Had I had more time in Granada, I would've been back, but maybe saving it for the future! Great atmosphere, nice people. Un horror!el dueño fue un auténtico maleducado!.Fuimos 7 comensales,pedimos la picada,que supuestamente era carne,y nos vino todo hueso!!se lo comentamos a las camareras,que nos contestó que nos comiéramos el resto.A la hora de pagar le dijimos al dueño que no estábamos contentos con el precio de la supuestamente carne por 52€.El dueño nos contestó con que nuestro comentario era ridículo, que nos descontaba 2€, y que teníamos que salir más!!ya que no teníamos ni idea,(7 comensales, uno de Paris otro dé Brasil, Galicia y Sevilla, Málaga y el resto de Granada,pero nadie de los 7 entendemos de comida),nos siguió hasta la puerta insultándonos con que queríamos comer gratis,cuando habíamos pagado,y en ningún momento no dijimos de pagar. Ya en la CALLE,siguió increpandonos para el asombro de los viandantes que pasaban.Eso si,lo mejor del sitio…el baño!!ver para creer…. En ningún momento nos ofreció la hoja de reclamaciones….decirle aun cliente que su comentario es ridículo es una falta de respeto, seguirnos hasta la calle dándonos voces es una falta de respeto…el bar estaba VACÍO,la gente de la barra eran todos amigos que desfilaban al baño cada 5 minuts…y la mesa ÚNICA con gente,se quedó atonica por ver cómo estábamos siendo tratados…es más!!los bares del alrededor nos han indicado que no es la primera vez que tenéis este tipo de problemas con los clientes…de hay a los bajos comentarios, que en todos se nota como tratáis al cliente.Amenaza con escribir por aquí ninguna,es mi derecho advertir a futuros clientes de donde se meten, y no tengo ninguna crítica hacia ningún restaurante, siguen con sus falsedades.
