Bliss is woe.
Terrible service, hence the 1 star rating. While perusing the menu, the waitress pushed us out of the way twice while barking at us to "be careful!" which I found pretty incredible.
Having then sat down at a table we were studiously ignored. Eventually we went in to order but were then snapped at that it was table service. Having placed the order - a tea and a coffee, we found ourselves waiting for far too long for such a simple order. The coffee was frankly, sub-standard.
Not wanting to wait for the waitress, I went into the establishment to pay. First we were told they didn't take card payments under €5 and then when I tried to present the correct change, I was studiously ignored by the woman behind the till who insisted on counting out our change in small coins.
Will certainly not be returning and would not...
Read moreI've been there twice. On the first visit they forgot to bring a cup of wine we had ordered. On request they brought it - and put two on the bill (but we had just one). When we got the drinks the waiter told us to wait for the breakfast order. I signaled him a few times that we would like to order and even spoke to him but he told me to sit down and wait. Then another couple came in and sat down on the table next to us. The waiter behind the counter asked immediatly what they want to drink and eat.... we still hadn't gotten the chance to order. After 30 Minutes we finally left - without breakfast. Incredible inattentive and disrespectful employee...

We ordered a 4€ smoothie that tasted like defrosted freezer ice that had fruit in it so not really the advertised fresh fruit. We then waited for more than 30 minutes for the waiter who seemed to be in a bad mood to ask us what we'd like to eat. In the meantime he'd chat with other staff or other clients so it might be a case of someone being prejudiced against people with backpacks and not understaffing which we considered. We eventually asked for the bill, which we got very...
