La Churreria Guardamar — Restaurant in Guardamar del Segura

I’m extremely disappointed with this café. I came here before and ordered a specific tea without caffeine, but they gave me the wrong one and kept arguing instead of simply listening to me. After some time, they finally checked, realized I was right, and gave me the correct tea — which was actually very good.

This time, I went back to buy that same tea in a box. When I politely asked if they sold it, the woman answered with an arrogant attitude: “Yes, 20 euros.” I know the same tea costs about 4 euros online. When I said I might just order it online, and I said thank you anyway. She didn’t even say thank you or show any respect — just total rudeness.

We are tourists. We come here, we spend money, we support the local economy, and yes — our tax money helps Spain grow. The least you can expect is to be treated with a bit of kindness and respect. One of the girls who speaks English is always friendly and polite, but the others are extremely unprofessional.
