Didn't turn up with my order and when I rang was extremely rude on the phone. Said delivery driver waited 1hr at my home even though they said they didn’t know my address. Shouted at me when I rang to see where my order was. Don't waste your time or money with these people, very poor attitude. I usually collect but won’t be using them again after this experience!

Update: thank you for taking the time to reply to my review. The issue I have is not the misunderstanding of delivery address but the rudeness of your staff. I take offence to being shouted at down the phone. She was very aggressive practically screaming how angry she was. This could have been easily rectified had she been calmer and at the very least listened to my concerns. 4 of us decided to go here for a Chinese meal, and we all felt unwelcome as soon as we sat down to order, the waitress did not smile once throughout our time in the restaurant, the food did not make up for the icy reception either, very 3rd rate, the restaurant was empty and only 2 other people came in during the time we were there, we thought we would give this Chinese restaurant a try as on the Urbanisation where we live, unless they up the quality of their food and appaling service, I can see why it was so quiet, we definitely will not be going back there after our experience, the most miserable restaurant for atmosphere we have been in, if I could have put 0 stars I...

Fuimos en dos ocasiones, primero para cenar y luego para la comida, el día de la cena llegamos golpe de once de la noche, nos recibió una chica joven muy atenta y amable, pero a pesar de sólo haber otra mesa además de la nuestra, el servicio fue un poco lento, pero porque la chica estaba sobrepasada estaba ella sola, atendiendo muchos pedidos para llevar, recibiendo órdenes por teléfono, sirviendo y recogiendo las mesas y sacando los pedidos por lo que tuvimos que esperar un poco, pero valió la pena porque la comida estuvo bastante bien, por eso decidimos volver. Regresamos otro día pero golpe de 4 de la tarde, habían más mesas ocupadas, nos atendió otra persona pero de igual manera fue muy amable, nos recomendó la mejor mesa para estar frescos, porque el aire se siente muy poco por lo que usan ventiladores para refrescar más, pedimos, pollo al limón, costillas (lo que menos nos gusto), rollitos primavera y de la casa (sin duda estos últimos mucho mejores), tallarines a la plancha (muy buenos), fideos tres delicias (pueden mejorar), ternera con bambú y setas (esta muy bien), pollo agridulce (no están mal, pero bolitas pequeñas y poca cantidad), shopsuey (no esta en la carta pero si en los menus del día, preguntamos si lo podiamos pedir y nos lo prepararon sin problema, estaba excelente, deberian incluirlo en los platos, vale mucho la pena); el servicio fue más rápido, supongo que por la hora no habían pedidos para llevar, la comida no es muy grasosa y eso para mí es un valor añadido, lo único malo es que los platos no salen juntos, sino de uno en uno y al ser varias personas y compartir, se acaba enseguida y hay que esperar a que traigan el siguiente. Por otro lado, decir que la relación calidad precio es buena, esta bien ubicado, es fácil de llegar y tiene mucho lugar donde aparcar, dependiendo de la temporada cuesta un poco más o menos pero siempre se...
