Disappointed... We saw a YouTube video about the restaurant so we went with enthusiasm and expectations for a place with long tradition for cooking lamb. The first disappointment comes from the salad we ordered asparagus and tomato both half portion. We got 2 asparagus and 5 half slides of tomato, both served with only olive oil and vinegar. I would expect a restaurant of this kind of level to provide dishes which are a bit more elaborated than this... Then the lamb... In my opinion, it was not cooked long enough and I am not sure that they search for the best supplier. When the waitress was cutting the meat, we can already see her 'fighting' with the meat. So it was not the soft, 'falling of the bone' result that we were expecting. It was also not seasoned. A pack of salt was given to us to season it. However, lamb is a meat that should have proper seasoning during the cooking to bring out it's flavour. Again, very surprised about this for a restaurant which cooks lamb since 1877... We also ordered lechecillas and stuffed peppers. Both were good but...

We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to wait in line and get a table. It was very worth the wait! We shared the tradition menu and everything was absolutely delicious. It’s not a lot of meat to share, but we weren’t looking for a big meal. The sautéed vegetables included artichokes that I’ve never had cooked that way before and just loved. The Lam was so tender and flavorful. You really just needed a tiny bit of the salt provided to bring out the flavors. The restaurant itself is quite charming and everyone was very friendly to us. This was a fantastic first meal for our vacation!

Went there on a Sunday and was able to get a seat without reservations. Most of the town is closed on Sundays so it wasnt too crowded. I got the lamb and sauteed veggies. The veggies were tasty but more like a stew. The lamb was well cooked but barely seasoned. They give you a packet of salt to season it yourself but it would be nice if it was seasoned well already as lamb needs seasoning to bring out the flavors. They do have half portions for the starters and the lamb price is per person. Overall not bad and price was okay but nothing to write home about.
